2012 Members and Friends:

Howdy! Our Club season is fast approaching and the RV Rodeo Club Extravaganza is gearing up for another
fun-filled summer of horseback fun. The 2012 Summer Series Schedule enclosed, see a Membership Form/Insurance Waiver for the 2012 Season. Feel Free to mail it back, bring it to the first Jackpot 5.18.12

We have decided to gear back this year as the financial crunch and lack of extra time to give is being felt all over. We are only planning 8 jackpots for the 2012 Season. We will sponsor our Foot and Riding Event for the Town of Eagar in August as well.

THINGS IN THE WORKS:

MARCH 24, 2011 FUND RAISER-The Town of Eagar Parks & Rec. Gymnastic Recital. The Club will sell flowers & candy for the performers. We cleared about $150.00 last year. We need someone to put this together and sell them that night. The supplies have already been purchased and flowers are ordered. Just need HELP running the booth. WEB SITE 2012 will be up and rolling May 1st, for your convenience
Online entry will work the same as last year. Log on to www.wonderfulwesterns.com. You may enter the week of the Event with all fees being paid before 5:45 p.m. Events starts at 6:00. There is some talk of Time Onlys from 5:00 to 5:30. We will see if we can staff that and let you know!
